DMCA policy
Desider respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512(c)), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our services.

- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorized to act on your behalf).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with sufficient detail to let us locate it — typically the full URL or an in-app identifier plus a screenshot.
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
- A statement, in good faith, that you believe the material is being used in a way not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was in error or the result of a misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside (or, if outside the US, any judicial district where Desider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Repeat-infringer policy
Desider reserves the right to suspend or terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
Misuse
Knowingly sending a false takedown notice is unlawful under 17 U.S.C. §512(f) and may result in liability for damages. Please consult an attorney before sending a notice if you are unsure whether the use qualifies as infringement.
